Order before 10:00 PM on weekdays?
Your order will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders are shipped via reputable local carriers such as PostNL. Typically, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.
Holidays and Vacations:
During holidays and vacation periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased volume with carriers. Please order well in advance to avoid delays. Any special circumstances will be indicated on the website.
Incorrect Address:
An incorrectly entered address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Reshipping to the correct address costs €5, at the customer's expense.
Tracking:
Each order is delivered with a tracking number via email so you can monitor its status. If you have any questions, please contact us.
